Brite Nites is a premium lighting provider where customer experience depends on flawless coordination across sales, installation, operations, warehouse readiness, and ongoing support. The platform's purpose was to enable the business to scale while maintaining high-touch service standards.
The Challenge
The business needed a unified system to reduce operational friction, standardize workflows, and provide leadership visibility — without creating a heavy or inflexible process that teams would resist.
My Role
I led delivery across multiple functions, aligning stakeholders and driving a phased roadmap that prioritized adoption, operational impact, and stability.
